Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Hindi Teacher who can deliver the CBSE curriculum effectively while creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the Hindi language, proficient in instructional design, and committed to fostering student learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach Hindi to assigned grade levels in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans with engaging activities and assessments.
- Student Assessment: Conduct periodic tests and maintain academic records.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and interactive learning space.
- Parent Communication: Share academic progress and collaborate with parents.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular training, workshops, and peer review sessions.
Qualification Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (MA) in Hindi OR
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate with completed Hindi-related certifications/courses from a recognized institution
- B.Ed. is preferred
- M.Ed. is an added advantage for senior-level roles
- Must have good command of spoken and written Hindi, with working proficiency in English and MS Office tools
Qualification Levels
- Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). Responsible for teaching across different grades.
- Master Level: 4–8 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). May mentor junior teachers and take additional academic responsibilities.
- Developer Level: 9+ years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred). Leads curriculum planning and Hindi department initiatives.
Screening Process
- Subject-Wise Written Test – To evaluate command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
- Proficiency Test – Assessing skills in MS Office and digital classroom tools.
- Reading Test – Online evaluation of fluency, clarity, and pronunciation via MS Teams.
- Teaching Demo – Sample class to assess delivery, interaction, and clarity.
